How do I create an account?
 

1) Click the "Login / Create Account" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Fill in the Billing Information.
3) Fill in the Shipping Information or Check the Shipping Information same as Billing. Box.
4) Fill in the Account Information (Choose your own user name and password.)

5) Inter Account Verification Code and then Click the Create Account link.

 Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?

  Go to My Account at the top right hand side of our site, on the drop down click the "My Account" link (If not already Log- in). Edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment. information. PeZazz offers free shipping for qualifying orders of $100.00 or more to customers with a continental US shipping address (not including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). Free shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail . Tracking service is provided for all free shipments. Insurance and signature services are available at request for a fee. Free shipping is not available for clearance purchases or expedited shipping methods. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee can be estimated on our website by adding items to the “Shopping Bag” and clicking the "Estimate Shipping" button under the products listed on the "Shopping Cart” page. PeZazz is not liable for packages once delivery has been confirmed / recieved by the carrier.
I forgot my password.
  Go to My Account at the top right hand side of our site, on the drop down click the "My Account" link. Click the Log-in link. A message will pop up above the  login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with information to reset your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

When will my order ship?
  Depends on product availability. (Products Usually ship in 4 - 7 Business days.). Also, after placing your order, you may click the Go to My Account at the top right hand side of our site, on the drop down click the "My Account" link (If not already Log- in) then click on Order History to check your orders status. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
